Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Relationship Manager in Ann Arbor, MI to strengthen client relationships and support branch teams. You will help organize daily activities, learn to cultivate a book of business, and identify opportunities to add value for top clients.

The role requires FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain Series 66), 1–3 years in financial services, and strong client-service focus. Training is provided across in-branch, regional, national, and virtual formats.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses or ability to obtain Series 66 upon hire.
• 1–3 years in financial services with a focus on customer experience.
• Ability to operate in a deadline-driven, compliance-focused environment.
• Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Strong interpersonal and client service orientation.
• Tuition Reimbursement program helps obtain CFP or degree.
