A growing company is seeking a Client Relationship Manager who excels at building trust and fostering client partnerships. This role is crucial in ensuring that clients receive exceptional service from the point of sale through project completion, bridging communication between clients and internal teams. We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who thrives on building trust, managing communication, and ensuring client success. As the face of our company to international clients, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships, facilitating smooth project execution, and uncovering opportunities for growth. This role will report directly to the Head of Operations, ensuring strategic alignment across client delivery and internal execution.
Once a sale is closed, the Client Relationship Manager takes over the client account from the Sales team and becomes the primary point of contact for onboarding and all future communication, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent client experience.
The services promised to the client are delivered by our Operations or Digital Marketing team, under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to pass on client requirements and expectations with absolute clarity, while also collecting updates or addressing queries from the operations side, ensuring both sides stay in sync.
Your ability to communicate clearly, think critically, and align internal teams with client needs will directly impact satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
