We're hiring a Senior Client Relationship Manager on behalf of our client - a growing independent wealth management firm based in Overland Park, Kansas.

Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support contact for advisors and clients across service-related needs.
- Coordinate account opening, money movement, and service workflows accurately and efficiently.
- Manage client paperwork, follow-up, and documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Deliver a responsive, high-touch client experience that reflects the firm's service standards.
- Partner closely with advisors and teammates to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Use technology and digital tools to streamline work and reduce friction for clients and staff.
- Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and overall service quality.
- Potentially mentor future client service hires as the team grows.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in client service, operations, or support within wealth management, financial planning, or financial services.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients.
- Professional maturity, warmth, and dependable follow-through.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Solid technology skills, including Microsoft Office and modern digital workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.
- Interest in a long-term client service career path rather than a transition into advisory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary expected around ~$100,000 + bonuses
