$145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Client Relationship Manager
FoodHealth Company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our mission-driven startup and help build our client success function from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in establishing the foundation for how we deliver value to our enterprise clients while directly managing key relationships that drive our growth. We're seeking an entrepreneurial professional who is ready to dive deep into client success at a fast-paced startup and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Own Key Client Relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building trust with senior decision-makers and ensuring successful adoption of the FoodHealth Score API.
- Build Client Success Processes - create onboarding frameworks, success playbooks, and tracking systems that deliver consistent value and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Be the Voice of the Customer - gather client feedback, advocate for their needs internally, and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to continuously improve the client experience.

Additional Details
Location: Remote, but must be located near a major US airport.
Travel: Must be able travel to client meetings. Current travel demands are low (1 to 2x per month) but could increase as more clients are onboarded.
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Compensation: $145K - $160K + Bonus + Equity
