Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the main point of contact for clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing solutions to meet those needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver results that align with client goals. Additionally, the role involves overseeing client account management, ensuring timely resolution of client issues, and providing regular updates and reports to clients.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Client Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Ability to understand and address client needs, provide solutions, and coordinate with internal teams
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with account management and issue resolution
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management and healthcare industry is a plus
• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills
