Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant Customer Service or Inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and coordinate surveys/inspections.
• Ensure timely delivery of inspection reports by coordinating workflow.
• Act as primary contact for client issues and resolve disputes.
• Review time records, invoices, and assist in safety meetings.
• Communicate progress to clients and manage deadlines.
