Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training for Client Relationship Consultant 1
• 3–4 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training for Client Relationship Consultant 2
• 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training for Client Relationship Consultant 3
• Five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training for Client Relationship Consultant 4
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
• Successful completion of the NMLS registration process, including criminal background and credit checks
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, procedures, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and workplace conduct and safety policies
• Relationship-building, client engagement, and communication skills
• Knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, support systems, retail products, and services, varying by level
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
• Ability to identify customer needs and make appropriate recommendations
• Previous supervisory experience preferred for Client Relationship Consultant 4
