Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Provides product education and advises on digital banking tools.
• Opens and/or closes consumer loans and processes basic transactions.
• Develops partnerships with branch team members to serve clients.
