You'll educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital services while opening accounts and processing basics, in a role that emphasizes proactive outreach and customer service. The position requires NMLS registration and adherence to applicable banking regulations, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and collaborating with branch teams

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
