Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and deepen relationships for the bank location through walk-ins, lead management, and outreach.
• Engage clients with curiosity, establish purpose, and conduct discovery to uncover needs and priorities.
• Explain relevant TD options clearly, including features, benefits, and risks, to help clients make informed decisions.
• Deliver personalized solutions and next steps, connecting clients to products, services, or partners.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements and document interactions accurately.
