• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition in a bank location by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach.
• Engage clients with curiosity, discover needs, and propose relevant banking solutions.
• Explain features, benefits, and risks in clear language to help clients make informed decisions.
• Deliver personalized solutions and next best actions, connecting clients to appropriate products and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up to support long-term client relationships.
• Educate clients on TD products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance financial wellness.
