Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker in Ohio to deepen client relationships by opening and maintaining accounts, engaging clients, and referring to internal partners when needed. You will support sales and service goals while delivering the First Financial Bank Experience.

Applicants should have 2-3 years of retail client service and sales experience, with a high school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 2-3 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as deemed necessary by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals via collaboration with team and other lines of business.
• Provide digital assistance and service for clients using the bank's online offering.
• Remain informed on bank products and processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
