Job summary

This role is a stepping stone toward the Relationship Banker II role. You'll engage with clients to identify needs, promote banking products, maintain accurate records, and comply with security and regulatory policies while delivering

Qualifications

• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• 2 years of cash handling experience or equivalent customer service experience.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven sales position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new consumer accounts and services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and servicing skills with clients.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to grow relationships with a disciplined sales focus.
