Job summary

Community Financial Services Bank in Benton, KY is seeking a full-time Teller who greets clients with a warm welcome, processes deposits and withdrawals, transfers and loan payments while delivering accurate, friendly service. You will also assist clients with banking needs and explain products and services.

You will establish client relationships, follow bank policies, participate in new team member orientation and annual regulatory trainings, and help maintain accurate cash handling and vault

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm welcome
• Provide exceptional client service to all clients
• Assists clients with banking needs, questions, and explanation of products and services
• Perform teller transactions including, but not limited to: processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments
• Establish client relationships and determine client needs and services
• Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards for clients
• Process night deposit bags and mail deposits/ payments
• Handle large sums of currency, coin and change orders
• Assist/ oversee with opening/ closing of cash vaults and Banking Center
• Learn and comply with CFSB policies and procedures
• Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings
• Perform other duties as request by the Team Leader
