Job summary

Stillman Bank is seeking a teller to join our on-site team in Kentucky. You will greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, verify negotiable instruments, and balance cash drawers. A positive, outgoing personality and strong cash handling experience are essential to deliver courteous, accurate service.

This position requires working up to 40 hours weekly with Saturday morning rotation. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided, including health plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling or customer service responsibilities.
• Proficient with computers and standard equipment operation.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Assist customers with documents to complete transactions and verify instruments.
• Process deposits/withdrawals, balance cash drawer, and issue receipts.
• Identify customer needs and explain bank products and services.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.
