Qualifications

• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide trusted banking guidance.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests or credit applications.
• Promote and demonstrate digital self-service tools to enhance the client experience.
