Truist in Louisville, KY is seeking a client-focused banker to build relationships and deliver financial solutions through in-person and phone interactions. You’ll engage with clients, promote deposit and loan products, and coordinate with internal partners to drive growth while occasionally performing teller duties.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years of client sales/service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and travel as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Maintain proficiency with routine client maintenance and problem resolution.
• Support branch sales targets by offering deposit, loan and other product services.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Attend sales, service and product knowledge meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
