Job summary

Lovet Pet Health Care is seeking a Client Relations Specialist (Front Desk Receptionist) to greet clients, manage records, process payments, and support pet care services at our animal hospital in Arizona. You will be the first and last face clients see, delivering friendly, compassionate service.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and basic office tasks, with opportunities for growth and mentorship within the Lovet team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in front desk or veterinary reception helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Update patient records accurately in the system.
• Collect and process payments from clients.
• Retrieve prescriptions as needed.
• Assist clients with pet supplies and grooming purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized front lobby area.

Salary: $17 - $21.50 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• As a Client Relations Specialist (receptionist), you are often the first and last face our clients see. When you join the Lovet team, you will help create positive, lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients
• Greeting patients and clients with a warm, friendly smile and convey a calm, compassionate, and reassuring demeanor
• Help answer any questions a client may have, including referring them to another team member if needed
• Update patient records
• Collect and process payments
• Retrieve prescriptions
• Assist clients with pet supply and grooming purchases
• Maintain the front lobby area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner

How You’ll Succeed:

• Comfortable interacting with furry, fuzzy, feathered, and scaly friends with calm and compassion
• Have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Have basic office skills such as typing, filing, and professional phone etiquette.
• Have your high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
