You will collaborate with teams across the firm to address client needs promptly and accurately, and participate in monthly calls, audits, and on-site visits. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of office and/or client services experience.
• Experience handling high volume of email communications.
• Experience handling high volume of electronic data files.
• Legal experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with differing levels of urgency.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent analytical thinking and organization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client communication and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with teams to respond to audits and questionnaires by deadlines.
• Participate in monthly calls, remote audits, and on-site visits.
• Review client inquiries and respond to ensure timely resolutions.
• Track deadlines to meet client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication to gauge satisfaction and anticipate needs.
