Overview

A Client Relations Representative serves as the primary client contact (internally and externally) and is responsible for ensuring a high-quality client experience. They review and adjust all client-visible outputs, such as billing reports, emails, letters, COBRA reports, and special projects. Developing and maintaining productive client relationships, as well as effective carrier relationships to implement services, negotiate changes, and discuss contracts, are key responsibilities.

Position Details

• Pay: Starting at $65K/year, depending on experience
• Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm PST
• This is a fully remote role in PST.
• Gallagher provides necessary equipment, assuming you have a high-speed internet connection.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Coordinate post-sale activities for all services.
• Manage implementation projects for new and renewing business.
• Drive onsite installations for new services or re-installations as needed.
• Review, research, and adjust client outputs, including billing, correspondence, and reports.
• Resolve client concerns and address barriers to deliverables.
• Support client projects and ad-hoc reports accurately and promptly.
• Identify and resolve system or procedural errors affecting clients.
• Communicate effectively with carriers and participants in writing.
• Ensure timely quality review of new and renewing client implementations.
• Maintain client service documentation and communicate standards to the team.
• Coordinate data loading for renewals to meet delivery expectations.
• Maintain service agreements and create communication materials for clients.
• Serve as Benefits Specialist for out-of-area clients not serviced by local support.

About You

Required:

• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Experience managing client relationships

Preferred:

• Benefits administration experience
• Proficiency with advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data comparison
• Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and re-prioritize tasks
