Job summary

Future Aviation, Inc., a HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI) Repair Group facility in Southwest Florida, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide effective service by building relationships with customers and team members.

You will respond to requests, coordinate with departments, manage orders, and prepare weekly status reports for key customers while maintaining accuracy and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years experience in Customer Service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with COSMOS or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email or telephone.
• Review customer requirements and coordinate with departments to meet them.
• Serve as liaison between repair shop, customer and Sales Directors.
• Scan, save and email quotes and obtain customer approvals.
• Process customer approvals and sales orders.
• Process received/shipped units in customer portals.
• Complete internal audit before customer units ship.
• Provide weekly status reports to customers and departments.
• Attend and prepare reports for weekly Production Meetings.
• Organize promo items for trade shows and events.
