Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience interacting directly with clients/vendors/management; respond to requests and resolve issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating shared resources and working with team members.
• Knowledge of loan documents, approval process and general bank policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients and vendors to obtain loan documentation.
• Examine documents to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Prepare and submit loan packages for underwriting or closing.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing to current clients.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries on behalf of the officer.
• Coordinate responses among multiple parties as a single point of contact.
• Advise the officer of client requests and seek approval for fees or overdrafts.
• Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
• Prepare reports and distribute as appropriate.
• Assist with compliance regulations and policies.
