Fidelity Investments Inc. is offering a 10-week paid intern program (FIDTERN) designed for current undergraduate students. You will shadow calls, gain hands-on customer-facing experience, and participate in professional development to prepare for a future role at Fidelity.

Participants receive mentorship, access to regional events, and exclusive training sessions to build communication skills and financial knowledge during the internship period from June to August 2027.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a front-facing client intern, shadowing associates and listening to calls.
• Begin taking calls with guidance to build customer-facing experience in real time.
• Engage in dedicated weekly tasks and projects, networking, and relationship-building.
• Potential to transition into full-time roles such as Financial Customer Associate.
