Job summary

Fidelity invites undergraduate students in their junior year to join a 10-week summer internship at a Fidelity Investor Center in Boston. You will deliver exceptional customer service, explore a range of investment products, and gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning.

This on-site program, part of Fidelity's FIDTERN initiative, includes coaching, mentorship, professional development, networking, and hands-on projects aimed at building business and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in their junior year of college.
• Interest in investing and wealth management.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
• Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
• Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
• Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a Fidelity Investor Center.
• Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
• Gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning.
• Participate in significant work assignments to strengthen knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
• Contribute fresh perspectives to enhance client and business outcomes.
• Work full-time for 10 weeks during the summer internship from June 7th, 2027 to August 13th, 2027 on-site at the Investor Center.
