Job summary

CapCenter is seeking a Client Relations Consultant to be the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on our realty, mortgage, and insurance products and services.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program covering hands-on training, in-depth product knowledge, licensing, cross-functional training, and clear advancement opportunities across all areas of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Possess, or ability to obtain, NMLS license prior to starting in the role

Compensation

The base hourly pay range for this position is $24.04- $28.85 per hour. Individual starting pay will be determined based on job-related considerations, including relevant qualifications, experience, location, education, certifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable law.

In addition to base hourly pay and overtime, this position is eligible for transaction-based incentive compensation based on performance and discretionary bonus opportunities. As a result, total cash compensation may vary based on hours worked, overtime, individual performance, transaction-based incentive earnings, and any applicable discretionary bonus.
