You will deliver exceptional client service, supporting financial professionals and ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience.
• At least 1 year of Brokerage related experience.
• Series 7 license required – ACTIVE (or within 6 months to re-activate).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze basic or tactical Customer Service assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while understanding function, policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Provide information to client personnel in Customer Service.
