GEM is seeking an Entry-Level Client Relations Associate to represent nonprofit clients through in-person marketing, community outreach, and customer engagement campaigns. This full-time, on-site role offers hands-on training and the chance to build foundational skills in client relations and field marketing.

You will learn to communicate professionally with the public, educate customers about programs, support campaign objectives, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Entry-Level Client Relations Associate to represent nonprofit organizations through in-person marketing, community outreach, and customer engagement campaigns.

This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing professional experience in client relations, field marketing, communications, sales, nonprofit campaigns, and customer engagement.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you learn our client programs, marketing processes, and customer engagement approach.

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Client Relations Associate, you will:

• Represent nonprofit clients at in-person marketing campaigns, community events, and outreach activities
• Communicate directly with members of the public in a professional and approachable manner
• Educate customers and community members about client programs, services, and initiatives
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication and customer engagement
• Support the execution of field marketing and community outreach campaigns
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about client programs
• Collect and communicate customer feedback and campaign observations to team members
• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to support campaign objectives
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
• Assist with the launch and growth of new client campaigns
• Maintain a professional representation of nonprofit clients and their programs
