Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst to support Financial Advisors and teams in building strong client relationships and handling daily account needs. You will assist with transactions, data entry, and client communications using firm systems.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Industry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65).

Responsibilities

  • Support FAs/PWAs/teams in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
  • Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients or FAs/PWAs.
  • Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
  • Enter profiles and pre-fill account docs in clerical capacity per direction.
  • Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
  • Assist teams with portfolio research and meeting materials using firm systems.
  • Support data entry for new accounts and financial planning as directed.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and firm initiatives as needed.
  • Stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
