Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Client Relations Account Manager II to steward enterprise client relationships and serve as the primary contact for service delivery in a hybrid work environment.

In this role you will own client success, coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure paperwork is completed, escalation is managed, and opportunities for retention are pursued using Worldpay product insights and banking experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
• A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems.
• Prior banking or finance-related experience is a plus.
