Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Client Relations Account Manager (CSM) to join our Enterprise team and help shape the future of global commerce. You’ll be the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring positive relationships and retention.

You’ll coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure proper servicing and executed paperwork, drawing on your banking or finance experience. Bring strong relationship skills, organization, and problem-solving to thrive in a fast-paced payments

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
• A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems.
• Prior banking or finance related experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own
