Job summary

Marshmma is seeking a Client Analyst to support Sales and Client teams by preparing client proposals, managing RFPs, and creating communication materials such as presentations and brochures.

The role involves preparing bid specifications, analyzing census data, and coordinating with carriers to obtain timely quotes. You will help implement new lines of coverage and maintain accurate client records while assisting with client communications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in office or customer service environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret quotes and plan designs
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with carriers, peers and clients
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Executives, Client Executives and Client Managers with servicing and preparing client proposals
• Manage RFPs and quotes and develop relationships with insurance carriers
• Prepare bid specifications for RFPs and scrub/analyze client census data
• Assist in preparing client proposals for approval and proof for accuracy
• Assist with implementation of new lines of coverage and carrier changes
• Maintain client records in Agency database
• Prepare employee communications materials such as benefit guides and brochures
• Plan, prioritize and complete day-to-day workload to meet deadlines
• Attend onsite and offsite client meetings as necessary
