Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination/traffic experience in an agency or marketing setting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or shoots.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project work from inception to completion, including planning and scheduling.
• Define project scope with the client services team and manage requirements.
• Create, communicate, and manage schedules, budgets, and deadlines for assigned jobs.
• Communicate project status to clients and team members on a regular basis; document updates.
• Assist with reporting and documentation as required.
