Job summary

American Academy of Ophthalmology is seeking a Client Program Specialist to support physician-led nonprofit associations and advance ophthalmology and patient care.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of client programs, partner with volunteer leaders and boards, coordinate meetings and special projects, and maintain critical databases to identify opportunities for improving processes and member experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting nonprofit associations, membership organizations, or professional societies preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database or CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
