Job summary

BNY Mellon in Boston, MA is seeking a Specialist, Client Processing Representative II to lead the day-to-day operations of a client processing team within the Fund and IS Client Ops group.

You will serve as the primary client contact, resolve complex inquiries, collaborate with technology teams to enhance system efficiency, and train staff to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of technical and management experience preferred.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a client processing support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating needs and issues internally and externally.
• Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure accurate and timely management.
• Handle complex client inquiries and requests, identifying, investigating, and resolving escalated or complex problems in client accounts or company records.
• Work closely with technology and systems teams to ensure system efficiency and incorporate risk mitigations.
• Train staff in technical tools, skills, and client support activities to maximize team contribution and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Allocate and check the work of other team members and perform supervisory reviews and approvals as needed.
• Support the achievement of team objectives.
