Responsibilities

• Conduct manual processing of client accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Identify and resolve problems in client accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and technical assistance.
• Review and check work of other support staff.
