Your Future Team

Investment Solutions is seeking a client analyst or associate to support high frequency content and communications with Hightower advisor businesses. You will contribute to writing and creating regular content, including market/portfolio commentary and reporting.

Investment Solutions manages strategies across asset classes on behalf of advisor businesses and their clients. You will build relationships across advisor businesses that partner with Investment Solutions.

You will need knowledge across the breadth of solutions that are offered, and communicate the outlook and positioning of the portfolio managers. This job is fast-paced and requires you to be people-facing, while having a close eye for details, strong writing skills and creativity.

What You’ll Do

  • Developing, strengthening and supporting relationships across Hightower advisor businesses
  • Gather data from various sources, both internal and external, and ensure data accuracy
  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
  • Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports for regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, charts, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to develop visualizations that effectively convey complex data
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
  • Summarize findings and provide recommendations based on research results
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of various projects or initiatives
  • Identify areas of concern and work with teams to address issues and improve performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain organized records of data sources, analysis methodologies, and findings
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Creating impactful content including reporting material, commentary and proposals
  • Finding creative ways to promote our solutions with emphasis on high-touch, differentiation, and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3+ years industry experience in a client- facing or sales/marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience in writing market commentary, portfolio reporting or fund research
