Job summary

Globant is hiring a Senior Client Partner to lead commercial growth and strategic client relationships for its CPG AI Studio. The role will drive revenue, own C-suite relationships, and shape AI-led transformation across Industrial and Manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CPG with 7–10+ years in consulting, technology services, or digital/AI roles.
• Proven track record selling and delivering complex technology, AI, or data solutions to CPG clients.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios and leading executive-level conversations.
• Experience with P&L management, practice building, or regional/vertical leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing, evolving studio model.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary

$210,000 – $250,000, Bonus 66%

Key Responsibilities
