Globant is hiring a Client Partner to lead commercial growth and strategic client relationships for its CPG AI Studio. The role focuses on driving revenue, owning C-suite relationships, and shaping AI-led transformation across Industrial and Manufacturing clients.

The position offers a lucrative compensation package with a salary range of $170,000–$210,000 and an target bonus around 41%. The Client Partner will manage multi-million-dollar engagements and guide GTM strategies across key accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CPG consulting, technology services, or digital/AI roles.
• Proven track record selling and delivering complex technology, AI, or data solutions to CPG clients.
• Experience with P&L management, practice building, or regional/vertical leadership.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow senior client relationships (C-suite and VP levels) across CPG: Industrial and Manufacturing.
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive multi-million-dollar AI, data, and digital engineering engagements.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies for the AI Studio.
• Partner with delivery, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver AI solutions.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing client partner/consulting team.
• Own P&L for a defined book of business and contribute to studio-level revenue and margin targets.
• Represent Globant and broader CPG ecosystem, including industry events and executive forums.
