Our client, a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation, is seeking a Full-Time Client Partner - Media & Entertainment to join their team. As a Client Partner - Media & Entertainment , you will be part of the Strategic Accounts Department supporting Business Development and Client Relationship Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Client Partner - Media & Entertainment
Location: New York or Los Angeles (MUST be local to one of these locations)
Pay Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000 , with final compensation based on experience, industry expertise, track record of success, and overall fit for the role.
This position also includes an uncapped commission plan and additional performance-based incentives , offering substantial upside for individuals who excel at building client relationships and driving business growth.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand client relationships within the Media & Entertainment sector.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding them through complex business and technology transformations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across consulting, digital transformation, cloud, AI, and managed services.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account success through strategic initiatives and relationship management.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in technology consulting, business development, or client relationship leadership within the Media & Entertainment industry.
Proven success managing large enterprise accounts and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment value chain, including advertising sales, content operations, rights & royalties, and distribution.
Experience developing and selling AI-enabled transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency and business growth.
