Ideal Candidate location: Columbus, OH / Dallas or Austin, TX / Chicago, IL

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will drive business development and revenue growth within assigned existing accounts & clients. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, expanding wallet share, and aligning account strategies with client business goals. The role collaborates closely with internal & external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience and support account success. Preferred Location: Columbus, OH / Dallas or Austin, TX / Chicago, IL. Base Salary range 180K – 200K

Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers (up to VP level)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client business models, strategies, and priorities
  • Drive superior client satisfaction and loyalty, measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS). Achieve superior NPS
  • Expand account footprint by identifying and developing new lines of business or market segments
  • Drive and close high-value, complex contract negotiations & deals
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing wallet share and expanding existing and net-new revenue streams within assigned accounts
  • Own executive-level client relationships across a portfolio of large, complex accounts — acting as the ultimate point of contact, trusted advisor, and internal advocate to ensure services consistently deliver strategic value
  • Drive portfolio growth by identifying expansion opportunities, building account development plans, and championing deal pursuit from pipeline through contract signature

  • 6+ years leading large, complex account portfolios with proven revenue growth, high client satisfaction, and long-term retention within financial services and insurance clients with a strong knowledge of how regulated environment shapes what clients can buy, how they buy it and how deals get approved.
  • Fluency in the technology that runs the sector: core banking, payments, policy and claims platforms, cloud hyperscalers, and data platforms.
  • Commercial fluency in enterprise AI: the ability to frame where AI creates value and manages risk for financial services and insurance clients, and to turn that into pipeline. Technical depth is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable, value-driven growth plans
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and client-specific market dynamics
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 30% to the client and team locations
