The Role

In Banking and Financial Services, we are building the next chapter of our business around the priorities reshaping industry from AI-led transformation and data modernization to digital engineering, customer experience, cloud and resilient technology platforms. We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders who want to build that future with us. The Client Partner is the business leader for one or more strategic Banking and Financial Services client relationships, responsible for growing Brillio's relevance, impact and business within those accounts. This is not a traditional account management role. Our Client Partners are growth leaders and trusted advisors who understand the client's business, anticipate where it is headed, bring ideas before opportunities become RFPs, and mobilize the breadth of Brillio around meaningful business and technology challenges. The Client Partner owns the commercial and strategic health of the account including revenue, bookings, margin, pipeline, executive relationships and client satisfaction and is expected to think like an owner: setting a multi-year growth ambition, identifying whitespace, expanding into new buying centers and creating new demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy and growth plan with clear ambitions for revenue, bookings, profitability, pipeline and market penetration.
  • Identify whitespace across business units, functions and technology organizations; expand Brillio into new buying centers and originate opportunities rather than relying primarily on client-issued RFPs.
  • Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with C-suite and senior business and technology leaders, grounded in a deep understanding of the client's strategy, operating model, technology landscape and investment priorities.
  • Bring outside in industry perspectives and proactive ideas that position Brillio as a strategic transformation partner, not simply a technology services provider.
  • Engage clients on how AI, data and emerging technologies are reshaping financial services, and translate business priorities into transformation opportunities across Brillio's AI, data, digital engineering, cloud, CX and infrastructure capabilities.
  • Connect technology conversations to measurable outcomes such as growth, customer experience, productivity, speed, resilience and risk reduction; identify larger integrated transformation plays beyond point solutions.
  • Own account-level commercial performance, forecasting and pipeline health; lead major pursuits, renewals, expansion opportunities and commercial negotiations in partnership with Brillio teams.
  • Act as the client's primary commercial and strategic leader within Brillio, orchestrating industry, technology, solution, partner and executive resources around the client's priorities.
  • Partner closely with delivery leadership: delivery leaders own execution, while the Client Partner owns the overall client relationship, commercial health, executive governance and growth agenda.
What We Are Looking For
  • 15+ years of experience in selling technology services, consulting or digital transformation, with significant experience serving Banking and Financial Services clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing strategic accounts, expanding into new buying centers and creating meaningful incremental revenue.
  • Experience owning or materially influencing substantial account revenue, bookings, pipeline and profitability.
  • Strong executive presence and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business and technology leaders.
  • Deep BFS industry fluency across one or more areas such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Cards & Payments, Asset & Wealth Management, Lending, Risk & Compliance or Financial Crime.
  • Strong transformation and technology fluency across areas such as AI/GenAI and Agentic AI, data, cloud, digital engineering, platform modernization, customer experience and cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, shape complex multidisciplinary solutions, navigate commercial negotiations and lead pursuits through closure.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative and comfortable operating with pace in a global environment where leaders are expected to build, not simply manage.
