We are currently seeking a Client Partner for our Detroit location. Client Partners are closely engaged with their clients—understanding their strategies, objectives, environment, and industry. They proactively identify opportunities to help clients meet their objectives and address challenges. They work with the account team to ensure excellent delivery.

This role is ideal if you have a passion for your client’s business and industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy business development, contracting, solutioning, client engagement, delivery, operations, and team management. This position is at the Sr. Director or Managing Director level and requires residence in or near Detroit, MI.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop strategies to grow business with existing and new clients
  • Partner with clients to solve problems and add value
  • Manage a portfolio of $2.5M-$5M
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction across multiple engagements
  • Lead pursuit teams and close deals
  • Lead engagements and project teams delivering complex solutions
  • Contribute to project delivery
  • Manage client accounts and team performance, providing internal updates
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in developing and deepening client relationships
  • 8+ years managing teams through project lifecycles, preferably in IT services or consulting with large accounts
  • Proven success in complex account management within large organizations
  • Experience managing transformational programs involving people, processes, and technology
  • Responsibility for revenue and sales goals
  • Experience managing individual consultants and teams
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in Public Sector, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

We offer meaningful benefits including time off, parental leave, 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, and wellness reimbursements. The salary range for Senior Director is $189,000–$302,000; for Managing Director, $240,000–$384,000, plus potential bonuses. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
