Job Purpose

The Executive Director, Client Partner, ensures client portfolios deliver high standards, profitable relationships, and effective team leadership. Responsibilities include managing senior client relationships, overseeing complex projects, and leading teams with excellent communication skills.

The role involves managing multiple client portfolios, shaping client strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with senior leadership to optimize team performance.

Candidates must have experience with complex client delivery in an integrated agency, managing teams of up to 20, and demonstrating cross-functional team management.

What You'll Do

• Clients: Lead relationships with C-Level stakeholders, support growth initiatives, manage new business processes, monitor client health, and champion client work.
• Strategic Initiatives: Drive strategic projects aligned with business goals, communicate priorities, and identify new initiatives.
• Commercial & Finance: Support revenue maximization, profitability, forecasting, and contract negotiations. Develop new business strategies.
• Team Leadership: Manage senior account team members, mentor, oversee recruitment, develop objectives, and foster a positive team culture.

What You Bring

• 12+ years in client servicing within an agency environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading new business efforts.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and client needs.
• Excellent relationship management, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and think critically.

Compensation
