Intertek is hiring a Client Order Specialist to join the Electrical team in Boxborough, Massachusetts. The role focuses on processing orders, validating documents, and coordinating between customers, account managers, and operations.

It requires data entry experience and proficiency with MS Office. The position offers a base wage of $23–$27 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associates degree AND 1 year of data entry experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED equivalent AND 3 years of data entry experience
• HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal and external clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively
• Proactive and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Validate all documentation submitted by client
• Act as a liaison between Customer, Account Manager, and Operations
• Process orders across all Intertek systems
• Research and resolve account problems
• Manage new and existing client accounts
• Use financial tools to determine client credit worthiness
• Create Intercompany projects
• Assist with invoicing issues and deposits
