About The Role

As a Client Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the first contact for Barry’s, leading hospitality and executing daily operations. You will support the Senior/General Manager and Assistant General Manager with marketing initiatives, team development, and maintaining brand standards. Your responsibilities include leading hospitality, assisting clients with class selections, membership queries, Fuel Bar orders, and retail. Your passion for customer service and community building is essential.

What You'll Do
  1. Lead on duty, ensuring seamless class check-ins and studio opening/closing.
  2. Support management of studio staff on duty.
  3. Develop relationships with clients and staff.
  4. Support marketing strategies including acquisition, community initiatives, and outreach.
  5. Manage Fuel Bar and retail inventory.
  6. Train and develop team members to ensure consistent client experience.
  7. Oversee programs like milestones and loyalty to foster community and retention.
  8. Manage studio systems like Zendesk and Brandbot, ensuring client inquiries are resolved promptly.
  9. Maintain studio facilities and cleanliness.
  10. Support retail and Fuel Bar service, merchandising, and sales opportunities.
  11. Uphold company culture and represent Barry’s within the community.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Availability to work 5 shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic personality.
  • Detail-oriented and professional appearance.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation

The pay range for this role is $25 per hour in New York.
