Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing financial or operational role, preferably in professional services.
• 2+ years of direct management experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solver able to implement impactful solutions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagement and provide solutions, serving as the primary contact for complex client needs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure policies, budgets, and engagement terms are clear.
• Translate client needs into actionable workflows and drive timely delivery across matters.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to present engagement and financial data to leadership.
• Lead and mentor Analysts and Specialists, establishing standardized workflows and protocols.
