Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational execution with focus on quality, responsiveness, and productivity.
• Document and implement policies, workflows, and procedures; drive continuous improvement.
• Promote disciplined use of systems and shared workflows across the firm.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with leadership to改善 processes.

• Support future-state operating model design and firm-wide change initiatives.
