Job summary

Fiduciary Family Office seeks an experienced operations professional to oversee daily office operations, client service, and financial administration. The role ensures alignment with the office\'s goals and strategies, coordinating with advisors and external partners to maintain a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor\'s degree, 5+ years in financial services, and preferably a CFP designation.

Qualifications

• A bachelor\'s degree and minimum 5 years related work experience preferred.
• Certified Financial Planner\u2122 Designation preferred.
• Experience working with Charles Schwab\u2019s custodian platform, eMoney, and Black Diamond preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, coordinating with team members to streamline processes and improve workflows.
• Manage client servicing requests, including cash transfers, bill payments, monitor cash flow, funding, and financial planning activities.
• Preparing custodial paperwork, meeting deliverables, addressing custodial alerts, and following up to confirm task completion.
• Assist in preparing allocation worksheets and implementing investment strategies.
• Ensure effective communication within the office, with clients, and external partners.
• Professional attitude and demeanor, personal integrity and honesty.
