Job summary

BNY is seeking a candidate for a middle-office loan and brokerage operations support role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position involves handling high-volume transactions, reconciling data, and supporting analytics, with an onsite schedule of 4 days per week from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET.

This contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions offers structured training, a ramp-up of 2–3 months, and exposure to asset servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Pivot Tables; Macros a plus).
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial data.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service and transactional support in a high-volume operations environment.
• Reconcile data discrepancies related to rates, maturities, and payments.
• Support analytics and reporting, contributing to system improvements and automation.
• Liaise with internal teams and manage a high-volume ticket queue (800–1,000).
