Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulating ideas clearly and listening actively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and establish domestic and international client accounts across custody, accounting, and operational systems.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure account information is complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Support the onboarding process and ongoing maintenance of private client accounts.
  • Reconcile custody and accounting systems to maintain data integrity across client accounts.
  • Coordinate asset transfers with brokerage firms, banks, custodians, and transfer agents to facilitate timely and accurate movement of client assets.
  • Monitor account activity and maintain cost basis information to support portfolio management and trade execution activities.
  • Initiate and support performance measurement processes for new client accounts.
  • Assist with quality control reviews of client account data used in tax reporting and regulatory filings.
  • Support retirement account asset transfers and ensure accurate government reporting requirements are met.
  • Help maintain account records and documentation in compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a key operational contact for Sales, Portfolio Management, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve account-related inquiries and operational issues.
  • Participate in strategic projects, product launches, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support and oversight for offshore operational teams.
  • Assist with review and validation of client communications related to outgoing cash movements and third-party disbursements.

Who You’ll Work With:

We are seeking a San Antonio based Private Client Servicing Analyst to join our Private Client Administration team in Global Technology & Operations.

As a key member of the team, you will support the full lifecycle of private client relationships, serving as an operational partner to Sales, Portfolio Management, and other Operations teams. You will manage a designated client base and play a critical role in ensuring account servicing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

This position offers broad exposure to investment operations, portfolio management support, account administration, asset transfers, tax reporting, and client service functions, providing excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Client Account Administration

  • Review and establish domestic and international client accounts across custody, accounting, and operational systems.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure account information is complete, accurate, and compliant.
